Haniff & Dilla

The reason, why we have created this blog is to share our journey of success to everyone, who's looking for a better opportunity in life.We would like to share with you the idea of becoming a Wealth Planner in Financial Planning Industry with Prudential Assurance (M) Berhad and Prudential BSN Takaful Berhad. We have been in this industry for the past 6 wonderful years. It all started in January 2002, when my wife, Dilla was looking for a different career for a change when she first knew about this business. Little did she know, that this business will allow her to have a better life style that she could ever thought of. Looking at her success in this industry, I too joined her as a Wealth Planner the following year in January 2003. With the two of us in this business, we managed to work and plan our destiny of success. We made our first 5 figures income in that year and our income has been passively growing until now.

The Success Formula

DAILY SCHEDULED DAY:
1. Make 50 calls per day;
2. Get 20 referrals per day
3. Ensure 3 solid presentations per day
4. Focus to close minimum 2 cases per week.

THE BENEFIT WE OFFER YOU:
(a) Commission
Example: Average case size of RM300 per month
(i) 2 cases per week i.e RM300 x 2 cases per week (7 days)

(ii) (RM300 x 12 months) = RM3,600 Annual Premium Income(API)

(iii) RM3,600 x 2 cases per week x 50 weeks in a year = RM360,000 API

(iv) RM360,000 X 25%

(v) RM90,000 / 12 months

(vi) RM7,500 per month commission (if u r focus, the commissions will grow even BIGGER)

(b) High Producer Fringe Benefit = Bonus:
Maximum Bonus is up to 8% per annum on the Total Annual Premium Income (API) for 3 consecutive years with conditions fullfilment of BNM's persistency.
Example: = RM360,000 x 8% = RM28,800

(c) Vacation Trip by the Company
(d) Personal and International Recognition
(e) Career Growth & Agency Building (f) Agency Financing

Scheme from minimum RM1,000 up to maximum RM3,000 per month as a supplement to basic salary.( Recommended to fresh graduates, those who are working but would like join as full time consultants, and those who have taken VSS)

Dreams Do Come True

" Thoughts become things". That is definitely true because as a kid, I have always dream of having my own mercedes benz. This is achievable from our current business that we both started way back in 2002.

Trip to Switzerland

This picture was taken in Benrn, Switzerland during our Prudential trip in March 2005. It was a beautiful weather when we managed to walk around not just the 2 of us but with the entire agency from Prudential. At the back of us, are houses in Bern

POLICY HOLDERS' CLAIMS

Mohd Khairul Anuar's Hopsital benefit ( Daily Allowance) benefit claims due to admission at Sri Kota Specialist centre, Klang this year.

Kak Roshida Azlina Binti Che Roslee's claim for his son, Mohd Afiq bin Mohd Fauzi admission due to viral fever.

Aunty Rohayah binti Mohamad's claim for her surgery and hospitalization due to fybroid.

Our first Pru Lady claim for Dilla's friend, Puan Siti Shuhada binti Hamzah. She received RM1,500 each for both her 2 kids in 2005 and 2006.

Puan Noorhashima binti Nordin receiving a claim cheque from Dilla on her hospital benefit (daily allowance) on her son's, Muhammad Yusri bin Mohd Yusharizal on admission at Ampang Puteri, Kuala Lumpur.

Mejar Mohamad Rashid bin Md Ali's claims for his 2 kids on admission to our Prudential panel hospital at Ampang Puteri, Kuala Lumpur.
The claims cheque was presented to him at the guard house at Mindef where this photo was taken.

Haniff's uncle, Mr. Tan Inn Fatt, claims on his heart attack, admission 1 night in CCU at Damansara Specialist Hospital, Petaling Jaya. His ICU medical bill per night was RM4,900 and his critical illness claim was RM30,000.

Kak Doyah binti Che Man's breast cancer claims. Admission was at Pantai Medical Centre, Bangsar, KL. All her pre and post medical claims were covered by Prudential Assurance (M) Bhd.
